
Guillaume Couet
Guillaume Couet has been advising French and international companies, their executives, and their teams for more than twelve years in commercial law, intellectual property, and employment law.
He provides strategic guidance on the legal, regulatory, and commercial aspects of contracts and business relationships, and represents clients in litigation before civil, commercial, and labor courts.
He also brings recognized international expertise in event and audiovisual production law.
Before founding Icrea, Guillaume Couet served in the Product Development Legal Department at Chanel and later practiced with GM Avocats, a firm specializing in franchise and distribution law, and Bondard Avocats, which focuses on innovative and creative businesses.
He is a frequent speaker at workshops and seminars on employment, commercial, and intellectual property law, working with incubators such as Agoranov, Vitagora, and Beauty Hub (Cosmetic Valley), as well as the Master of Science X – HEC Entrepreneurs program.
Guillaume Couet holds a Master’s degree in European Union Law and Litigation from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and a Master in European Law from the University of Groningen (Netherlands).
He works fluently in both French and English.
