Individual Employment Relations

  • Hiring & Contracts: Ensuring compliant recruitment processes (permanent, fixed-term, executive annualized work agreements, apprenticeships, temporary staffing, etc.); drafting employment agreements and key contractual clauses, including non-compete, variable compensation, and intellectual property provisions.

  • Employment Management: Managing leave, absences, overtime, workplace accidents and occupational illnesses, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary matters.

  • Professional Mobility: Managing secondments, employee leasing, temporary assignments, and international relocations.

  • Executives & Senior Management: Advising on compensation, employment agreements, and combinations with corporate mandates.

  • Termination: Supporting negotiated departures (mutual agreements, settlements, conciliations) and dismissals, whether individual or economic.

Collective Labor Relations

  • Employee Representative Bodies: Setting up and renewing Works Councils ("CSE"), union delegates, and section representatives; overseeing professional elections.

  • Labor & Social Dialogue: Establishing operating rules, chairing representative bodies, defining roles and prerogatives, and coordinating expert interventions.

  • Collective Bargaining: Preparing and leading mandatory and voluntary negotiations on working hours, compensation, equality, employment, and work organization.

  • Agreements & Policies: Drafting branch or company agreements, implementing annualized work schemes, remote work policies, “right to disconnect” measures, expense reimbursement policies, internal regulations, codes of conduct, and unilateral commitments.
